The Demick House

This family of 5 found a house with great bones on a wonderful lot for their 3 boys to roam on, but wanted to remodel the interior and add some square footage.  The Kitchen was relocated to the Screened Porch and becomes the “heart” of the home open to the Dining and Living Rooms.  A Mud Room and Laundry Room find their home where the Kitchen was originally and a Master Bath is added to the second floor.  A Covered Porch and multiple level deck finishes off their new home, sweet home.
