The Sampson House

As empty-nesters, the clients wanted a brand new house that would fit their unique needs and desires.  They wanted a large Master Suite downstairs with a separate entrance to the Master Bath and Closet.  Upstairs, they wanted a room for praying and singing that would have privacy from the rest of the house, yet character and intrigue that would inspire creativity and reflection.  They also wanted an apartment above the Garage for long-term visitors, whether family or traveling missionaries.  Their home sits well on its expansive lot and fits their lifestyle with public spaces very open and ideal for entertaining, and private spaces remain private.
